If the browser can't access your webcam, you need to change the relevant browser permissions. We recommend completing verification with one of the following browsers:
Chrome: Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Settings from the menu that opens. Under Privacy and security, select Sites settings and then Camera. To enable camera access, click the delete icon next to https://www.solar-staff.com/.
Firefox: Click the three lines in the top-right corner and select Settings from the menu that opens. Go to Privacy & Security -> Permissions and click Settings next to Camera. Delete https://www.solar-staff.com/ and click Save changes.
Safari: Go to Safari -> Settings and click Websites. Select Allow next to Camera.
If you don't have a webcam, you can verify your identity on your smartphone using its camera and mobile browser.
