How to link your bank card to Solar Staff account

Adding a bank card

To add a card to your account, choose the Finances section of the Solar Staff account menu, then choose Withdrawal method:

  1. Click add, select Сard button. You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code.

  2. Enter the code from the SMS

  3. After successfully entering the code, the secure card binding terminal page will be open. This is available only for your viewing.

Please follow the instructions and omit adding restricted cards.

For security, we may ask you to verify your identity.

  • Enter the data according to the instructions below.

  • Click "I agree to the Terms of Use"

  • Click the "Link" button.

  • Your card will be displayed on the Finance page.

  • Please note that if a linked card does not appear in the payment method list, it means the card is not compatible with your account.

  • Card number

  • Carefully enter the card number manually, do not copy and paste it from other sources. The number must not exceed 16 characters.

  • Please check twice that the entered number is correct.

  • After you click Send Card, you will no longer be able to verify the data entered. Only the card mask will be available (with hidden digits in the middle of the card number).

  • Cardholder name

  • Enter the name of the cardholder exactly as on the card - in uppercase Latin letters without any superscripts, subscripts and other signs.

  • There should only be one space between the name and surname.

  • If there is only one initial letter and a dot in the name of the cardholder, for example M. IVANOVA, it is necessary to replace the two symbols - M. with your full name in Latin letters - MARIA

  • If the cardholder’s name is indicated as NO NAME or any other name, it also requires your real name and surname written in Latin letters to be entered, for example, as indicated in your international passport.

  • If there are superscripts, subscripts or other characters in the name of the cardholder, for example MARÍA, then the letter with such a symbol should be replaced with a Latin letter without the symbol – MARIA

  • Signs are not allowed in the name spelling. If the spelling of the card contains a character, such as a hyphen, replace it with a space, or omit it.

  • Expiration date

  • Carefully select the expiration date of the card in the corresponding drop-down lists.

Renaming of a card

After successfully linking the card, you can rename it. This is useful in cases where you link several cards that need to be distinguished from each other (for example, a debit card from a credit card). To do this, click on the blue Pen icon, then enter the desired name for the card and click Save. When creating a payment, you will see the card name you specified in the list of payment methods.

Deleting of a card

You can also remove the card from your profile so that you will no longer be able to select it when withdrawing funds. We recommend doing this in cases where the card is either blocked, has expired or its details have changed. To delete a card, click on the red Trash icon. In the window that appears, click Confirm, after which the card will be removed from your profile.
