How to properly link an account in Solar Staff

Before linking an account, make sure that your account is verified. Freelancer's personal data is a mandatory requirement for transfers to an Indian bank account. To check the verification status or start account verification, go to Profile page by clicking to your name in the Menu.

Linking a national currency account

To link an Indian bank account, go to Finances, select Payment methods, and click Bank account.

Important! The freelancer's name and residential address must match those of the account's beneficiary. The bank account must be denominated in the national currency. Bank Accounts in other currencies cannot be used for payments.

An SMS with a confirmation code will be sent to your phone. After you enter the code, select your bank and provide the bank account details:

  • Choose your bank in the Bank drop-down menu. Any bank can be used as long as it is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

  • Enter your Bank Branch code. Code must be in IFSC format (published by the RTGS and NEFT), alphanumeric as it shown in the code mask AAAA0XXXXXX, where A - characters, 0 - Zero, X-characters/digits. Maximum 11 symbols.

  • Fill in the Bank account number.

  • Check the box to agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

  • Save your account details by clicking Link.
