Countries and payouts to bank cards

Whether a payout goes through or not is determined based on the target card's bank identification number (BIN), which is the first 6 digits of the card. BIN identifies the payment system, card type, and issuing bank.

If a BIN is not listed in either Table 1 or Table 2, there is no guarantee of a successful payout to the respective card – you'll only know for sure when you try to withdraw there. If a transaction fails, the funds are returned to your balance.

Table 3 lists countries where payment networks ban payouts to cards.

For more information about cards' BINs, see Withdrawal methods by country. Green means two or more BINs have had successful payouts, while yellow is for countries where only one BIN worked.

Solar Staff has recorded failed payouts to cards in the countries listed below. The reasons included: transactions being declined by the bank, card numbers being blocked for withdrawals, the number of transactions or transfer amount being limited for the card, or EUR/USD payouts not being supported.

Nevertheless, payouts to other cards or cards issued by other banks may still go through. The countries listed below are technically available for payouts, but their success may vary on a case-by-case basis.

Payouts to countries from the table below will get blocked by payment processors.
