My passport expired and won’t be renewed for another month. Verification was reset and I can’t accept tasks – what now?
No need to worry. You can use an expired passport for up to 90 days after turning 20 or 45. Just message our support team and ask them to restore your verification during this grace period.
Can I withdraw to someone else’s card?
Our Terms of Use don’t allow third-party payment methods (check the “Restrictions” section).
But we understand that situations arise. Contact support with the full details of why you can’t use your own payment method. If there’s a solid reason, we might make an exception – though the card owner would need to verify their identity too.
I don’t want to upload my passport data – why do you need it?
Verification prevents fraud by confirming your identity. Our Terms of Use require this identity check.

My passport scans look perfect but got rejected – what’s wrong?
The first step only accepts actual photos of your physical document. Take a picture with your phone or camera of the real document – not a scan.
Scans, photocopies, screenshots, edited images, and digital documents all get rejected. It has to be a direct photo of the physical passport.
I need to change everything – name, surname, tax ID, all of it. How?
You can’t make wholesale changes to account data. Our Terms of Use prohibit this (see “Restrictions”), and account transfers are strictly forbidden. If the account no longer matches the verified person, you’ll need to delete it.
I finished Solar Staff verification – when does my client see the status?
We send verification updates through their integration or dashboard. They’ll see it when they next pull your status data. Ask your client when they typically refresh or download contractor status data.
Why is verification dragging on?
A third-party service handles verification automatically, usually taking under 15 minutes.
Sometimes documents get flagged for manual review – typically when handwriting is unclear or photos have glare. Real people handle these cases promptly but work through them in order, usually within 1-2 hours. If it’s taking longer, contact support and we’ll help move things along.
I stepped away mid-verification and now I’m locked out. How do I continue?
Close the expired page and go back to verification through your dashboard. In your profile’s “Personal details” section, hit “Get verified” to restart. If you completed step one, the system saves your progress and jumps you to step two or three.
I want to delete my account right now, but it says I need to wait until next month for my work completion certificate to be generated
If you withdrew funds this month, you’ll need to wait for your work completion certificate before deleting your account. These generate at the start of the following month, so you can’t delete the account yourself yet.
For urgent cases, email [email protected] requesting early deletion. We’ll block the account and finish deletion once your certificate is ready.
