To receive payouts without issues, add a VISA, MasterCard, or China UnionPay card.* Your card needs to be personal (issued in your name), have 16 digits (16-19 digits for China UnionPay), and accept B2C payments (transfers from businesses to individuals).

* Payments to China UnionPay cards are only available for freelancers in China.
⚠️ Critical: You cannot use someone else's payment method to receive your payouts through Solar Staff (see clause 8 of the Terms of Use). The card must be in your name. If you violate this rule, your account will be blocked immediately without warning.
Cards that may cause problems
These cards technically work but often run into issues, so we don’t recommend them:
Anonymous cards (no cardholder name printed)
Business or corporate cards
Cards we can’t process
We cannot send payouts to these cards:
Swedbank
Citibank
Prepaid cards
Payoneer
Any card issued by a US bank

Important Note on Tax Reporting Documents
Work completion certificates and invoices are generated in the account owner's name. This means they only serve as proof of income for the Solar Staff account owner – not for the cardholder if they're different people.
