A freelancer registers with the service at the client's invitation.
Registration is not available for the freelancers who are residents of the following countries and territories: Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia.

For freelancers residing in following countries verification is mandatory: Afghanistan, Barbados, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Сuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gibraltar, Haiti, Jamaica, Jordan, Iraq, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nigeria, Panama, Philippines, Senegal, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Yemen.
How to register if a client has invited you
To do this, you need to follow the link in the email from [email protected] and start registering.
Verify the phone number
Enter the international country code and fill in the mobile number. Don’t copy-paste using Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V – input the number manually. Make sure you provide a working number, because it will be used for SMS activation.
Important! The phone number is a unique identifier and can be linked to just one Solar Staff account.

Press Continue and wait for an SMS with a confirmation code. Enter the code and press Continue. Try requesting the code again if no SMS arrives within 10 minutes.

Fill in the registration form
Here’s some pointers:
Avoid spaces before and after inputs.
Use only English or Russian for the name.
Select your date of birth in the calendar.
Specialization: Choose the closest if no exact match.
Password: must be between 8 and 20 characters long, including at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and a special character !@$%^&*()_-+=/?\±§<>
Offer Agreement and other documents: Feel free to read before accepting.

Because you used an invite link, the sign-up form will already contain your email.
After you confirm it in the first step, your phone number will also be entered automatically in the respective field.
Click "Continue" to proceed to creating a password.
Confirm the email and log in
Follow the link from the confirmation email to complete the registration. Then use the sign-in form to log in to the Solar Staff account.
