For internet advertising services tasks, you must specify the target market. When creating tasks for the Russian market, advertising labels are required by law.

You must identify as either the end advertiser or an intermediary (for example, an advertising agency). Select the role that matches your situation.
If you are the advertiser or agent: provide your contract details (number and date) and your company information – name, tax ID number (INN), and Business Registration Number (OGRN). Click the “+” icon next to each field to open the form:
If you are an intermediary: fill in all required fields.
If necessary, add other intermediaries in the chain between you and the end advertiser. Include only those who are your direct clients by clicking the “+” icon.
From April 1, 2025, Solar Staff will collect the new mandatory 3% fee on all internet advertising targeting Russian audiences for end advertiser or agent. Our system will automatically add this mandatory contribution to the standard rate when you create relevant advertising tasks. This fee applies specifically to payments for work involving the Advertising Data Operator (ORD). Solar Staff will then transfer these collected funds to the state budget each quarter.
