If you are certain that you will no longer need your Solar Staff account in the future, you can permanently delete it in just a few steps.
Before proceeding with the deletion, we recommend checking a few things:
There are no in-progress tasks on the Tasks page. All tasks must have the "Paid" or "Declined" status.
There are no unwithdrawn funds on the Finances page's Balances tab.
If you have performed any tasks using Solar Staff, go to the Documents page and download the relevant certificates and invoices, as well as the offer agreement. You may need them to confirm your source of income.
Deleting the account
Go to Profile -> Security and click Continue in the "Delete account" box.
Click “Delete” if you have already downloaded the documents.
Select the reason for deletion and click Confirm.
Solar Staff will check if your account meets the conditions for deletion. If not, you will see the relevant instructions.
To confirm deletion, we will send a code to the phone number associated with your account. After entering the code, click Continue.
Check the box to confirm termination of the offer agreement.
After a few minutes, your account will be deleted.
