After activating your account, you’ll want to assemble your freelance team by sending invites and monitoring their registration journey.
Choose between inviting contractors individually (perfect for smaller teams) or importing them in bulk (ideal for 10+ freelancers).
Inviting a freelancer individually
Head to the Freelancers section in your account menu and click Invite.
2. Enter the contractor’s email.
Please note: This email becomes the contractor’s login credential for accessing the platform.
3. Add helpful context in the “Feature” field – any information that will make collaboration smoother.
4. In the “Users” field, assign an employee from your company who will manage this contractor.
5. Invites are sent in Russian by default. Toggle on the Send invite in English option if needed.
6. Click Send invitation to complete the process.

Payment method linkage (empty cell means no method is linked yet)
Tailor your view by clicking the “Columns” button.
Important! Watch for red icons in the Contractor has registered column – these indicate incomplete registration (such as an unverified phone number).
Need to remove a contractor or resend their invite?
Click Actions beside the relevant contractor
Choose Exclude to remove them or Resend invitation if they missed the original email
Contractor cards
Access comprehensive contractor details by clicking their name.
Within each contractor card, you can:
View and update task history and statuses
Add notes about specialized skills and important traits (making future team assembly through search much easier)
