If you accidentally send a payment to a blocked card, the bank will detect an error and return the money to us. We will then refund the amount to the balance of your Solar Staff account and notify you via email. The refund period is 1-2 business days.
Important! You can't cancel a payment, because Solar Staff is not a bank and instead uses the services of intermediaries.
If you receive a refund notification from us, please remove the blocked card in the Finances section of your Solar Staff account and add a new card. Then, repeat the withdrawal to the newly added card.
